You are responsible for checking your answers before submitting your official PIP form.

3. Data

PIP Form Helper does not collect or store inputs. Your answers are processed by OpenAI’s ChatGPT to support your session. See the privacy policy for more details.

To protect your privacy, do not share personal or identifiable information such as:

• your full name or address
• your National Insurance number
• contact details for healthcare professionals

4. Your responsibilities

By using this tool, you agree:

• to use it only for lawful and support-related purposes
• not to submit false, offensive or harmful content
• not to rely only on this tool when applying for benefits

Misuse of the tool, including impersonation or automated abuse, may result in restricted access.

5. Availability

• that every answer will be correct or current
• that there will be no mistakes

We may update, suspend or remove the tool at any time without notice.
